What is ADEX exactly?

ADEX is an AI workforce for Shopify stores. Instead of stitching together five different apps to manage marketing, support, and operations, you hire AI agents that work 24/7 to find and fix the things draining your revenue. We're starting with three: PULSE (diagnostics), RECLAIM (cart recovery), and ECHO (reviews).

How is this different from Klaviyo or other tools?

Klaviyo is software you operate. ADEX is a team that operates for you. You don't build flows, write copy, segment lists, or stare at dashboards — the agents do that work and report back. Most tools hand you a hammer. ADEX shows up with the contractor.
